Edward Lee's New Restaurant Will Be a Destination for Authentic Korean Cuisine

Seoul-based, Michelin-starred chef and Louisville native Edward Lee is bringing the flavors of his Korean heritage to his hometown with the opening of his new restaurant, Maap

Edward Lee is a Korean-American chef who has been cooking professionally for over 20 years. He is the owner and chef of the Michelin-starred restaurant 610 Magnolia in Louisville, Kentucky. Lee is known for his modern take on traditional Korean cuisine, and his new restaurant Maap will be no different.

Maap will be located in the NuLu neighborhood of Louisville, and it will be Lee's first restaurant in his hometown. The menu will feature traditional Korean dishes made with locally sourced ingredients, as well as some of Lee's own creations.
